What is the size of a Daisy Cake?

Kim's Says... "Our cakes are greater than 8 inches round and measure over 4 inches in height and serves 16 - 20 people."

How are Daisy Cakes prepared?

Kim's Says... All of Daisy's delicious cakes are hand-sifted, made-from-scratch with all-natural ingredients and topped with a whole lotta Southern love!

What is your current shipping schedule?

Kim's Says... We currently ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Due to increased demand, and to ensure that your cake is made and shipped with care, we are only able to take online orders for the following week. If you need expedited service, please contact our office and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you ship to other countries?

Kim's Says... At the moment we are only shipping to the United States.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Kim's Says... At the moment we are only able to ship to physical addresses, as required by our freight company.

Can I have my items shipped with special conditions?

Kim's Says... Please call and speak to us on the phone if there are any special needs out of the ordinary. However, we do not make any ingredient changes to our recipes.

Kim's Says... Daisy Cakes make delicious gifts for your employees and customers, year 'round. Corporate discounts are available. Call us at 877-316-CAKE (2253) or 864-595-7440. We will be happy to talk to you about special pricing and delivery.

What is Daisy Cakes Cancellation Policy?

Kim's Says... To change, postpone or cancel your order is not a problem. Just give us 48 hours notice to make the changes and we will give you a full refund. NO CHANGES can be made after an order is shipped.

Does Daisy Cakes offer refunds or replacements?

Kim's Says... Like opinions, tastes differ. We are very sorry if you were expecting a less-sweet cake or a cake that looked differently than the one you received. We do not send replacement cakes or issue refunds in these cases. If you are not satisified with your cake order, please call us at 877-316-CAKE(2253) or 865-595-7440. Depending on the circumstances, we may replace or refund your order. If for some reason the information given to us here at Daisy Cakes was incorrect, no refund can be given. The order can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Thanksgiving Order Notice

Plan ahead for the best experience with the tips below:

🦃 If you would like delivery during the week of Thanksgiving we highly recommend selecting FedEx Overnight shipping at checkout to ensure delivery by Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

🦃 Plan for 6 hours to defrost at room temperature. Do not store or defrost cakes in the fridge as it will dry them out.
