Refund Policy

We want you to love your Daisy Cakes experience. If something goes wrong, please reach out at info@ilovedaisycakes.com or call 864-595-7440, and we'll do our best to make it right.

What we refund

  • Orders where the product arrives damaged or destroyed.
  • Guaranteed shipments (UPS Air or FedEx 2-Day) that arrive delayed.

What we do not refund

Problems based on personal preference — such as sweetness level or other matters of taste — are not subject to refund.

How to report a problem

All problems with an order must be reported within 7 business days. Every reported issue must be documented with photos and submitted to info@ilovedaisycakes.com. If we are unable to verify an issue with your order, we reserve the right to decline a refund.

Packages marked delivered but not received

Any report of an order showing "delivered" that was not received must be made within 7 business days of the stated arrival date.

Everything else

Any other problem with your order will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for refunds.

Thanksgiving Order Notice

Plan ahead for the best experience with the tips below:

🦃 If you would like delivery during the week of Thanksgiving we highly recommend selecting FedEx Overnight shipping at checkout to ensure delivery by Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

🦃 Plan for 6 hours to defrost at room temperature. Do not store or defrost cakes in the fridge as it will dry them out.
