Our Classic Daisy Cakes are hand-sifted and made from scratch in our Pauline, South Carolina kitchen.

How to Unbox Your Daisy Cake!
We ship our cakes frozen to have them arrive perfectly to you. We put everything carefully in a cooler and surround it with dry ice to create a perfectly insulated chilly package awaiting at your door!
Store Frozen - When your Daisy Cake arrives, take it out of the shipping container and store it in your freezer until you are ready to thaw and serve.
OR
Thaw & Serve (6 hrs) - Completely unwrap and thaw before serving. Six hours of thawing and your Daisy Cake will be the perfect temperature to serve!
During summer months, packages may arrive without dry ice and may arrive partially thawed due to the heat. Cakes that arrive thawed but not melted are safe to eat — simply re-freeze the cake before unwrapping.

Storage Tips
- Take a frozen cake on a family outing - Within 6 hours you'll have a thawed cake that's ready to eat!
- Freeze a few extra Minikins - For those moments when you need a slice of love in a personal portion! We recommend keeping a Minikin on hand in case of break ups, period cramps and romantic moments!
- Share a Minikin with someone you love - What better way to celebrate each other than to split a Minikin with your BFF, partner or family member!
Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Thursday each week. All orders are scheduled to arrive by Friday at the latest. The order cutoff is Tuesday at midnight (Eastern) each week. Orders placed by then ship the same week; orders placed after the cutoff ship the following week.

Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. Shipments to HI & AK are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
Overnight Shipping:
Overnight shipping is available Monday through Thursday for an additional charge. Please call for rates and information at 864-595-7440.
Holidays:
We do not ship & there are no deliveries on: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

I wanted to try this cake since I first saw it on Shark Tank, but I stopped myself from ordering because of its high price. Well I finally took the plunge and we received the cake today.
The cake arrives frozen without any decorations. You need to thaw it at room temperature for 5 to 6 hours.
The taste is just okay, and my children didn’t even finish their slices. My local grocery store sells carrot cakes for a small fraction of the price, and they are baked on premise and sold fresh without freezing. That might be why I prefer the local store version and believe it tastes better than this one.
Daisy Cakes might taste great if bought fresh, but the frozen version is just okay and not worth the high price you pay for it.
Ordered and received the cake after about a 5-day delay.. point being is that if you need it by a certain date, give it about a week's time of processing. Cake was absolutely delicious. Everybody I shared it with truly enjoyed it. Yes, pricey, yes, expensive to ship, yes I will order other flavors of cake.
I was gifted a gluten free vegan carrott cake. It's so good I have no words for it. It came frozen and in good condition. The frosting creamy and perfect flavor and texture, the cake mixture moist and heavenly. Yummy! Thank you!

In what world can you find a carrot cake without nuts?? Luckily here at Daisy Cakes!! Oh so moist and flavorful, I'm eating a slice right now :). I'm normally a no cream cheese icing kinda girl...I love cream cheese on bagels but not on my cakes (yuck!), but this mild cream cheese icing is the only one I'll eat and enjoy. But I wouldn't be sad if they switched to an all buttercream icing :)
I would like to suggest to you that daisy cakes are very good indeed. I am not being paid to write this informative review.
