What is the size of your cakes? What is your current shipping schedule?
Our cakes are greater than 8 inches round and measure over 3 inches in height.
We currently ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Orders placed by 9 am on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 9 am will ship the next available shipping day.
Do you ship to other countries?
At the moment we are only shipping to the United Sates.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
At the moment we are only able to ship to physical addresses, as required by our freight company.
Can I have my items shipped with special conditions?
Yes, if you want to have your items delayed for a few days, or want to send a care package to a loved one overseas in the United States military, then Daisy Cakes can help. Please call and speak to us on the phone if there are any special needs out of the ordinary.

What is Daisy Cakes Cancellation Policy?
To change, postpone or cancel your order is not a problem. Just give us 48 hours notice to make the changes and we will give you a full refund. If your order needs to be canceled within 48 hours of the ship date, we will refund you 60% of the total order and keep 40% to cover our expenses. NO CHANGES can be made after an order is prepared and shipped.
Does Daisy Cakes offer refunds or replacements?
If you are not satisfied with your cake order, please call us at 877-316-CAKE(2253) or 865-595-7440. Depending on the circumstances, we will either replace or refund your order. If for some reason, the information given to us here at Daisy Cakes was incorrect, no refund can be given. The order can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
