February Cake of the Month
Each and every cake-of-the-month is hand-sifted & made-from-scratch in our Pauline, South Carolina kitchen. This Valentine dazzler is no exception. We put pure strawberry extract in the cake layers. We made the strawberry curd filling in small batches in my grandmother's enamel pot. The icing is real butter with white chocolate granache mixed in. This is the perfect cake for the month of love!

March Cake of the Month
Direct from my Pauline, South Carolina kitchen This one is my favorite cake...EVER! If you love mint and chocolate together, this one's for you! We baked our devil's food cake layers and covered them, inside and out, with our white chocolate mint icing! Pure peppermint extract gives the butter icing the perfect flavor. It truly melts in your mouth like a soft, delicious buttery mint. If you eat it cold, it taste like mint chocolate ice cream! My favorite!

April Cake of the Month
Direct from my Pauline, South Carolina kitchen. If you're a fan of "Love Dat Lemon", then this "Oh! Oh! Orange" is for you! The cake layers have a hint of pure orange flavor. Between the layers we put our homemade orange curd that is cooked in small batches in my grandmother's enamel pot. Our signature cream cheese icing has fresh orange zest and a little curd mixed in. Fresh, light, delicious and perfect for springtime!

May Cake of the Month
Direct from my Pauline, South Carolina kitchen! Authentic Florida Key West Lime Juice is what we use to make this pound cake. First we hand-sift, then put a hint of pure lime extract in the batter. As soon as the piping hot cake comes out of the oven, we poke holes all over the top and pour our Key Lime Glaze on top. It sinks in and makes the cake super moist and super flavorful!
June Cake of the Month
Our Pina Colada cake is our moist, delicious coconut cake with rum extract in the frosting and a cooked pineapple filling between the layers. Enjoy a taste of the Islands.
July Cake of the Month
The first cake Mama and I ever sold was this 4-layer yellow cake with chocolate icing. Nearly 40 years later, it is still in demand and as delicious as ever! I guess you can call it the original "Daisy Cake!".
