Shipping Policy at Daisy Cakes
Everyone at Daisy Cakes values you as our customer. Our family recipe cakes are baked with pride. Each cake is carefully wrapped and sealed in our beautiful tins. We ship our cakes frozen to have them arrive perfectly to you. When your Daisy Cake arrives, take it out of the shipping container and place it into your freezer. Completely unwrap and thaw before serving. Or, you can cut the cake into quarters, wrap each quarter and return to the tin and back into your freezer. Your Daisy Cake should keep frozen up to 6 months. We ship FedEx to all 50 states (1 or 2 days in transit.) We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Refunds are not given for:
- Wrong address
- Acts of God
- Problems not related to or caused by Daisy Cakes
- Not following handling and thawing instructions
- A cake sent to someone who is out-of-town
- Arrival time on day of delivery. FedEx has until 10pm to deliver
When We Ship
We ship MONDAY, TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY w/ cakes arriving in 1-2 days. Our cut off time is 9AM EASTERN. Orders placed after 9AM EASTERN will ship on the next shipping day. If you place your order on Wednesday, after 9AM EASTERN, your order will NOT ship until the following MONDAY.
Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. Call us at 877-316-2253.
We do not ship & there are no deliveries on: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Issues & Opinions
Inspect your Daisy Cake upon receiving it. Dry ice evaporates. There may or may not be dry ice in your shipping container upon receipt. Put your Daisy Cake into the freezer as soon as you take it out of the shipping container.

Like opinions, tastes differ. We are very sorry if you were expecting a less-sweet cake or a cake that looked differently than the one you received. We do not send replacement cakes or issue refunds in these cases.
